A little bit about The Brookery

The Brookery was born from a love of two things we could never choose between — rich, fudgy brownies and thick, indulgent cookies.

So we stopped choosing.

Every brookie is handcrafted in Cape Town and baked in small batches, combining a rich brownie base with a thick cookie top and seriously indulgent fillings.

From classic chocolate chip to Biscoff, Nutella and Red Velvet, each flavour puts its own spin on the brownie-cookie combination.
