Delivery Information

We carefully bake and pack every Brookery order so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Delivery Areas
The Brookery delivers throughout South Africa to areas serviced by our courier partners.

Delivery Fee
A flat delivery fee of R99 per order applies.

Baked to Order
Our brookies are prepared in small batches. Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for your order to be baked, packed and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 1–4 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Packaging
Each brookie is baked in its own foil tray, sealed and carefully packed for delivery to help protect it during transit.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and product. We’ll review the issue and assist you.
